Privacy and data use

How Edge handles your inquiry.

This page describes the information Edge receives through its public inquiry forms, how it is used for follow-up, and the controls applied to optional measurement.

What we collect

The details needed to understand and answer an inquiry.

When you submit the audit or contact form, Edge receives the fields you enter: name, business, website, market, email, optional phone, selected service or inquiry type, and notes. The form also includes the page path and, when available, campaign attribution such as UTM values or click IDs.

  • The hidden anti-spam field is discarded when it is filled.
  • A free audit remains a free request; selecting a package records an inquiry about that package and does not create a charge.

Where it goes

Public forms create a protected Edge lead record.

The request is written to Edge's protected Booking Leads workspace for follow-up. Authorized Edge CMS roles can manage the record; unauthenticated visitors cannot list, read, export, edit, or delete lead records through the public site.

  • The selected package is resolved from the current catalog on the server.
  • The stored record keeps the submitted inquiry details and the package snapshot that was resolved when it was created.

How it is used

Follow-up, qualification, and site measurement.

Edge uses inquiry records to review the request, respond, qualify the opportunity, and document the next action. Optional analytics and advertising measurement follow the choice shown in the privacy banner. Edge does not use a form submission to enroll you in automatic marketing.

  • No fixed retention period is stated here because the current implementation does not establish one.
  • Any future provider or retention change should be reflected in this notice before it is relied on publicly.

Your choices

Ask questions about an inquiry or change measurement preferences.

You can use the Privacy choices control to revisit optional measurement consent. For questions about a submitted inquiry, use the contact address shown on the site and reference the business name used in the request.
